The Heroes of Corvus
After a former opponent dies during a rigged match against another villain, Icarus investigates the cause—a superpower-enhancing drug called Relanta, a.k.a. Roulette. Its distributor is targeting vulnerable young heroes and even civilians in major cities, and all the evidence begins to lead to a superhero the police and feds can’t touch.
Icarus can put an end to it—if he doesn’t get framed in the process.
This is a short story prequel to The Heroes of Corvus: A Superhero’s Duty and takes place five years earlier.
